Deanna started a social media conflict with a music industry star, Cardi B. She had just released her new song ‘Wap,’ after which Deanna compared her to Melania Trump. She tweeted, “America needs far more women like Melania Trump and far less like Cardi B.” To this tweet, Cardi replied, “Didn’t she used to sell that Wap?” referring to the past modeling career of the First Lady. And so, the social media conflict continued.
Deanna accused Cardi of being a liar and a bad influence on the youth of America. She also stated that she was uncomfortable with Cardi’s past and relationship with Offset. Cardi B didn’t remain quiet and defended herself with all she could. Cardi’s song ‘Wap’ featured Megan Thee Stallion. On 17th August 2020, Deanna tweeted an awful comment about George Floyd’s family giving a speech at the Democratic National Convention. She stated, “For what reason is George Floyd’s family taking at #DemConvention?
