Her Short Career
The reporter started her career pretty early as the General Assignment Reporter at WWLP-TV in Springfield, MA. She then joined KMBC-TV, where she worked as the first Asian American weekday morning anchor and got named the ‘Best Morning Anchor’ in Kansas.
In 2010, the anchor worked for WCNC-TV, from where she reported major events such as the Democratic National Convention and various red carpets. The reporter joined ABC7 in October 2017. She is famous for her blog named ‘Dion’s Daily Deals in Kansas.

Lim has been happily married to her husband, Evan Panesis, a professional poker player, since June 15, 2011. The couple was engaged in 2009 and finally tied the knot after two years in Boston. Dion Lim Announced Her Pregnant News Through Twitter
Lim and Evan Panesis have been together for more than 11 years, and yet they do not have a child. But, recently, on February 1, 2023, she shared the news that everyone expects. Through Twitter, she mentioned that Lim and her husband are welcoming their first child this summer. Dion is currently pregnant and going to have a child soon.
The couple met in 2007 and celebrated 16 years of valentine’s day on February 15, and sooner they are going to welcome a new member of their family. Through the Facebook post, Lim shared a photo of having an ultrasound and stated that she was having a boy in the caption.
Lim is now having a child this summer and expecting some suggestions on where to shop for maternity clothes. On Twitter, she tweeted:
“In a moment of levity…I think it’s time to finally buy some maternity clothes for work. Suggestions on where to shop for these things are very welcome.”
