Before founding her website, XelPlus, in January 2003, she worked for Mondi AG for a year and Mondi Europe & International for nearly five years.
After garnering experience for years, she left her job. Then, Leila started her website and YouTube channel. At first, she used to give students online courses about Excel and eventually decided to market the course by uploading the videos on YouTube to embed it on her website.
