The supervisor, Horvath, was born to her parents on June 30, 1982, in the United States. She has come a long way from being a marketing advertising specialist to serving as a supervisor in the County of Los Angeles.
In addition, Horvath has also made contributions to civic and social justice advocacy. She has served the West Hollywood City Council for nine years, being appointed in 2009, elected in 2015, and then being re-elected in 2019.
Moving toward her academics, Horvath is a University of Notre Dame graduate. She received her Bachelor of Arts certificate from that University, majoring in Political Science & Gender Studies in 2004.
